This publication examines the relationship between text and image through a systematic, chance-based approach. In collaboration, we created a "mental ping pong" system: a timed word generation process that formed the basis for selecting images. By Googling these words and choosing the first result, we focused on everyday motifs rather than the images themselves.
The concept was to let randomness guide the creative output while maintaining a clear framework. This process highlights how, even in a seemingly random approach, the underlying concept shapes the final result, demonstrating the importance of system-driven creativity in design.
