"Geldkatzenwäsche" is a book about Ingrid Koeller and her influential didactic work in Textile Studies. It explores the archives of the University of Oldenburg's Institute for Material Culture, where Koeller's original materials are kept. The project includes research on items such as files, books, photos, letters, and personal belongings, providing insights into Koeller's life and work.

The visual concept is inspired by Koeller's archival style and reflects her systematic approach to documents. The design incorporates elements such as her signature with its characteristic underline, pastel-colored inserts and folders, and the bold typography of her books and materials, along with her handwritten edits. The title itself reflects Koeller's focus and approach in textile studies: "Geldkatzen" are medieval purses found in her archives, and "Katzenwäsche" refers to a quick, practical wash, illustrating her pragmatic methodology.
